WHAT’S THE BEST THING TO DELEGATE FIRST?

You should start with the task or project that is most pressing. However, if there's not one immediate need, our clients usually outsource their email inbox and calendar management first, because these are tasks that seem small but add up quickly each week! You'll notice a difference immediately once this is offloaded. Pro Tip: In the time leading up to your consult call, start noting the tasks you do daily/weekly that don’t have to be you. You’ll start to see how much can actually be delegated!

I’M TOO OVERWHELMED TO TRAIN SOMEONE… 

We totally get it. Being overwhelmed and busy is what brought you here, right? You will need to invest some time upfront getting your EA up to speed with your business, but once the onboarding process is complete, your proactive EA will be able to take your delegated tasks and run with them.

MY NEEDS ARE UNIQUE – CAN YOU HELP ME?

We've seen all sorts of requests! Reach out to your EA or your Account Manager so we can talk about how to make it happen. We function as a team here at Elevate. While your EA can handle just about any task, if there's ever something they're not an expert in or need vacation time, our team is here to support you. 

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? 

We invoice on the 25th of every month prior to the work, with billed overages after the month ends. You can pay invoices manually or get set up on auto-pay. We always get written confirmation before going over, so there are no surprises. You can roll over up to 3 unused hours each month.

WHAT IF I’M UNSURE ABOUT HOW TO DELEGATE?

Semi-annual delegation calls with Ashley are included with your package to help you determine what to delegate. We can also use this time to check-in and get feedback about your EA partnership. If your delegation is going well, you can use this call to do some strategic mapping with Ashley as well!
